Your Body Is His Sanctuary

1Corinthians 6:19 Your Body is the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit that lives on you.  
 
Taking care of your body is a form of worship unto your Heavenly Father. Here are a few things that you can do to live an abundant healthy long life.
 
1. Drink purified water. I sip on purified water out of a glass bottle  throughout my entire day. Most of your health problems can be solved by just hydrating your body properly.
2. Start  doing some form of exercise.  If you’re not accustomed to exercising, start off with just 10 minutes a day of walking three times a week.
 
3. Replace your sweet cravings for sugar with honey and fruit. I used to eat ice cream all the time. It was one of my weaknesses.  Several years ago I started drinking smoothies every day. I take frozen bananas and other types of fruit and put a couple tablespoons of honey in my smoothie. This satisfies the craving for something sweet and the honey is actually building up my immune system instead of tearing it down.  The best honey is local organic honey. You can have and enjoy life in abundance, to the full, till it overflows!
