Ecclesiastes 3:1, “To everything there is a season, and time for every matter or purpose under heaven.” There will be times in your life when you step into different seasons. One season may be a fruit-bearing season. When that season comes no one can stop it. Other times you go through winter seasons where there is not as much fruit. Stay faithful in those winter seasons because how you act during the winter will determine how much you will produce in the spring and summer seasons of your life.

Daniel 7:25, “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most high, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of times.” Our enemy seeks to change times. He wants to take you out of the rhythm of heaven. What season are you in? After Laura and I had our little girl Sierra our lives totally changed. We stepped into a new season. It was easy to become very frustrated. Before we had the baby our lives and ministry ran like a well-oiled machine. After the baby it was a struggle to stay on top of everything because she demanded so much of our time and attention. It appeared like we were moving backwards instead of forwards. But God showed me that it is just a new season and it would not be permeant.

Realize that whatever season you are in the enemy will try to wear you out. He tells us lies and seeks to change times. Don’t let the enemy deceive and frustrate you. A lot of times people get frustrated because they are not aware of what season they are in. Find out what season you are in and let the peace of God rule in your heart. While my little girl is young I can’t minister as much as I would like but it is just a season. I am ok with just going out one or twice a moth right now. I love to spend time with my family, they are more important than our ministry. There is a season for everything find out what season you are in and stay faithful to what God is telling you to do.
