Galatians 5:22, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, (23) gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.” Peace is something we all need it is hard to live without it. We need peace in the world, peace in our relationships, peace in our homes, but we also need peace within. How many of you know it is easy to smile on the outside, but be in turmoil on the inside?

God wants us to learn to develop the peace He has given us so that no matter what is going on, we can stay on track and hear from Him. When you are not in peace it is hard to hear His voice. When worry, anxiety, turmoil are screaming on the inside of you it is hard to hear anything else. Our problem can seam bigger than God when that is what we are focused on.

1Peter 5:7 Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. “Prayer”, “I cast all my care on you Jesus for you care for me, I refuse to carry the burdens any longer I give them to you. I chose to walk in your peace and trust you with my life”! Now take a deep breath and let it all go!
