Fearfully & Wonderfully Made part three

Fearfully & Wonderfully Made

By Wayne McDonald

1Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your body is the temple (the sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit who lives within you, whom you have received [as a gift], from God? We have a responsibility as God’s temple to cleanse it so we can live a long life and touch a lot of people with the love of God.

We are a cellular structure. We start out as one cell and multiply to over billions of cells. (1) We need to cleanse our cells. (2) Feed our cells. (3) Protect our cells. Vitamin C works as an antioxidant it helps rejuvenate our cells. Vitamin C with bioflavonoids is the most effective. Drink about a quart and a half of bottled or purified water a day with a half of squeeze lemon.

Stay away from tap water that is not purified because all the chlorine is not good for you. You can pick up at Walmart a cheap filter system to run your tapwater through. Honey also purifies and cleanses our body. Use use raw organic honey when possible. I take frozen bananas and strawberries and put one tablespoon of honey in the blender and make a smoothie all most every day.

Fasting is another great way to cleanse our body. I fast most days from 6 o’clock in the evening to 6 o’clock the next day. I eat all of my meals before 6:00 Pm most days. Don’t become legalistic about it. This is something to aim for that will help keep you healthy and strong.

Next feed your cells. Try to eat organic fruits and vegetables. I know it coasts a lot more but it is an investment in your future health. If you can’t afford to go organic on everything just go organic on what you consume the most of.

Next protect your cells. Put on sunscreen when you are in the sun. If possible try to stay out of the sun for long periods of time from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM that is when it is the strongest. I encourage you to constantly research on your own what your body needs. God wants you to live a long productive and abundant life. You are fearfully & Wonderfully made.
